In certain cases, we may offer a refund. If a refund is approved by our support team, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

14-Day Full Refund Guarantee (Letters Only)

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your story, please let us know within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are not automatic with cancellations but available upon request. You are welcome to keep the letters that have been delivered to you.

Monthly Subscriptions

After the full refund guarantee expires (14 days), refunds are not available for monthly payments already collected. We will, however, send you the remaining letters that have been paid for.
